Let's talk vampires....
Okay, what kind of vampires does everyone like? Do you like the Lord Byron/Anne Rice aristocratic vampires who haunt Gothic cathederals and wax poetic about life, death, and the universe? Or do you like the demonic master vampire like Dracula who is a minion of Satan and digs it that way? Do you like the sexy Elizabeth Bathory archetype with heaving breasts, lace nighties, and lesbian tendencies---best examplified in Carmilla, Ingrid Pitt, and just about every other female vamp in a Hammer movie? Or how about my favorite: the walking, rotting corpse from folklore who is pretty much a European zombie? So what is it??? Who would you let dine on your blood?
