I'd definately go for extreme beauty. Extreme intelligence is tempting but the no-hassle extreme good looks would be too awesome. Besides, the more you know the more depressing life is. Ignorance is bliss.
p.s is it cynical to not believe anyone that says they would not like to look better and are perfectly happy?

brains and beauty is an awsome combo ... but given the choice...
brains last longer and get you further... look at anna nicole smith .. once arguable the most beautiful woman in the world ...
