No, he's talking about how in movies Jesus walks around looking like a scraggly homeless person. That's just what he dresses up like when he "walks among us."
And the reason he does that is so he can make the poor feel even worse about themselves. He looks all dirty and hair's all messed up with the beard and sandals and such but then this big limo pulls up to skid row where he's hangin' out and the moment he steps in he changes clothes like how Batman & Robin used to when they slid down those poles on the 60s Batman show then as he's driving off he laughs at the astonished homeless people who are looking at him and gives them the "finger" and throws jars of Grey Poupon at them.
And THAT'S why Ann Coulter hates the poor. See?
