What they pulled is shitty, but the lawsuits are without merit. the first day we saw the commercial, my wife looked it up on bb's website, and the fine print clearly stated that you would be charged for the movie if it went past 7 days.
Thats why thhey have fine print in the first place.
And thheir "Netflix" style service? The rates go up Jan 1 2006. do your homework before spending your cash.
