The evidence against Luke Mitchell in this case seemed really flimsy, a complete lack of DNA evidence and very little in terms of motive, it did seem from watching local news, that it was a case of lock up the 'wierdo'.
It just shows the lunacy of totally out of touch judges who blame goth music and cannabis for appalling crimes against a person.
