The 2nd Scream Queen should be Helen Mack from the Kingkong sequel Son of Kong. most horror fans forgot about Helen. now Janet Leigh of the 1960 classic Psycho ranks 2nd best ScreamQueen. And daughter Jaime Lee Curtis became a ScreamQueen when she was in the 1978 movie Halloween.
