i will say that YES the kids will get something like unlawfully setting a fire (like arson, but without the aggravation so its lesser). BUT felony murder? aint happenin, esp since they are 13.
sad fact is, the security guard made an extremely poor mistake, very sloppy. im not sure how well security guards are trained but in this case... not very well at all...
EXTREMELY bad taste in judgment..... BUT got to keep in mind ok perhaps hes not trained, and in the moment he was kinda panicking.. but gotta give him props at least for wanting to get it out of everyones way but come on he coulda lit the fuckin elevator on fire probably...
