But at the same time, it's hard to compare the two because their aim is at different demographic levels....The Nintendo is geared more towards kids (look at all the Pokémon games), where as the psp is gonna be geared more for the 18-35 y/o range.....The Gameboy has a strong foothold on the handheld market and It's nice to see someone is ready to take a stab at that market.....Hopefully the PSP succeeds where others have failed......

Well the whole reason the ds was released is because, when sony announced the psp, nintendo was already getting started on a new gameboy project, that is codenamed "reveloutions" it was going to change the way portable gaming is forever. but it is a project that is going to take 4 or more years to finish. so in order to keep themselves alive in the portable market which the basicaly own, they put eveloutions to the side and whiped up the DS to stay in competiton with sony while they finish eveloution, or reveloution ( im not sure which it is called)
