In case you hadn't noticed, the General forum is for topics that don't fit anywhere else (ie Appropriate Time to Ban Noobs). No, unfortunately there is no "dickhead section", just like there's no "noobs who don't how to post in correct forums and get a hair up their ass when informed section". Sad, huh ?
