in some of the cinemas/theaters near me, they have a small 'public service announcement' style clip shown inbetween the trailers and film, that tells people to basicly not piss anyone else off with points similar to what you've listed. They also tell people to respect the surrounding neighbourhood when leaving late at night.
no doubt there's always some dorks who'll abuse it and piss people off, cant remember how many times I've had to turn round and shout at people to shut the fuck up, but it's a lot.
