"The Abominable" Dr. Anton Phibes. His kills are so original, unique, and gruesome. His has a good reason to kill, unlike many of the most famous/prolific killers in movies. And wow, some of his lines.... I also loved Edward Lionheart [Theatre of Blood], for much the same reason. Both are played by Vincent Price, and one of the things that makes them so amazing is his voice. Albiet not used much as Phibes, when it is your spine is chilled. Hearing him recite that Shakespearean literature was also very nice.
Hannibal "The Cannibal" Lecter. Anthony Hopkins was at his best playing this brilliant, twisted killer. Everything about him was amazing, the eyes, the voice....Amazing
