Tell him that you really like him and want to have sex with him. Then, arrange to meet him somewhere public, get all your friends to turn up and point and laugh at him. And spit on him. Then tell him in front of them all that he's an ugly stinking bastard and you'd rather die than go anywhere near him. Then give him a knife and tell him to go and slit his wrists cos no one will ever miss him and everyone hates him and wishes he was dead.
