Well you asked for it, so here it goes.

I would surgical remove things such as a large bone from a leg, toes from the other.

Muscles from one arm and bones from another fingers of course.

I would remove the spleen, stomach, and the pancreas.

Then I would remove the tongue, lips, eyelids, ear lobs and eardrum.

None of these things are intended to kill the person. I just want them to suffer for the rest of it.
