Scariest Game for the PC
If you want a good-N-Scary PC game, you can't go wrong with
"System Shock 2" especally if you have surround sound set up and play with as little lighting as possible.
I also recommend;
Doom III
Half-Life(1) mod series They hunger (PC Gamer mods).
