odds are she could get away with it... civilly perhaps, the store would want to settle especialy since they feel bad. its jc penney though so its not THAT high end
but ya. its not really the stores fault, considering everyone has access to those clothes and like 20 people coulda touched those pants within like 5 min utes of her touching it
just like it said. was very unfortunate accident. really sucks....
