MovieMan: We call the holiday "Christmas" just because both my wife and I grew up in households where Christmas was celebrated, and couldn't bear to break with tradition. We don't celebrate the birth of Christ, though. Instead, we celebrate surviving another year, look back on the memories of the year past, and just spend some nice time with family.
