he is already in the hospital from a stroke. its only a matter of time for pneumonia to settle in, next thing ya know some nurse has a flashback from American Bandstand, and that she had no friends, and grew up being called things like Sally Rottencrotch, or Sperm Gurgler. One thing leads to another, the plug "accidently" falls from the socket for the heart monitor, and they wont find the air buddle that was injected into his vein from the needle she grabbed before checking on him, until she at least has a good 4 or 5 hour head start to Mexico
