A funny thing in Star Wars: A New Hope, is when C3PO and R2 are hiding out in that "control room" while Luke and Han are looking for the Princess. A group of stormtroopers "storm" (heh) into the room and one of the last ones hits his head on the doorjam. It's pretty funny and if you turn the volume up you can hear it crack into his mic.
On a dorky note, another reason this is funny is because he's obviously taller than the rest of his group, but the stormtroopers are all supposed to be clones, and thus the same height.
