Victim Says He Still Loves Her
Portland -- A woman has been sentenced to prison for trying to kill her husband with rat poison.
Carrie Wheeler, 31, was convicted of putting rat poison in her husband's taco.
The Portland woman was sentenced to three years behind bars and will undergo treatment for depression.
Despite the attempted murder, Steve Wheeler told the judge that he still loves his wife and thinks that the sentence is too harsh.
