A: They're entertaining in many different ways.
Q: When did you start watching horror movies?
A: Probably when I was six or seven, thereabouts...roughly thirty years ago.
Q: How do you feel when you watch a horror movie?
A: Horror movies vary greatly in their effect. Some are bad, cheesy, and funny. Some are depressing, grim, upsetting. Some are exciting, stimulating, fun. There is a GREAT variance, and it is difficult to get bored with that kind of variety. This particular genre has a lot of interesting tonalities.
Q: What is your favorite horror movie?
A: Probably "Night of the Living Dead," because it succeeds at being horrifying, the basic goal of any horror film.
