"Superstition" the guy cleaved in half by a window
"Thirteen Ghost's" the guy cleaved in half by a window
"The Omen" the guy cleaved in half by a window
"The Omen" the guy cleaved in half by a cable in a lift
(can't remember quite which "Omen's" these occur in but hell...)
"The Prowler" spike through the head
There may be more to come, have to go off and think about more cleaved in half stuff...
