Not to be a downer, but ever sionce the show got preachy, i've hated it. It';s like Beavis and Butthead lite, half the calories, not funny enough.
Ever notice that the number 1 "make fun of" character from Beavis and Butthead is the STAR of king of the hill? Mr Anderson is Hank Hill. "What the hell?" jesus...
Mike Judge's first show was edgy. King of the Hill is fucking bland. And there is no excuse, because it is a Fox show. The Simpsons has been pissing people off for almost 2 decades, and Family Guy has almost offended me a couple of times (and that isnt easy).
I think it proves that mike judge's style of cartooning works great for fart jokes and racoons on fishing lines,but cant really carry a, *ahem* "down to earth":rolleyes: story...
