In christian mythology the antichrist was supposed to be someone who denies christ. He's opposed to the christian church. And he sets himself up as someone to worship instead of christ. Love him or hate him, Bush seems to be an actual christian, and he doesn't ask people to pray to him. Interestingly, some of Hitler's propaganda did have religious overtones equating Hitler with christ, and I've heard that German children did sometimes pray to him.

If you consider the beast from revelations to be the same as the antichrist(who is only mentioned by name in the book of John), then there's another problem: the beast is very popular. He's worshiped. On the other hand Bush is one of the most controversial leaders we've had in a while. And according to revelations he utters "blasphemies" against god. I don't think bush has done any of these things, at least not publically.

In any case, these parts of the bible are just metaphors. At the very most, the events of revelations describe the tumultuous early years of christianity and the chaos of the declining Roman empire. It's been argued that Nero and the emperors immediately following him were the models for the biblical beast/antichrist.
