i DO think that moderators should really consult with one another, to say the least.
it would be much easier to just say 'do not moderate on personal reasons' but of course in the heat of it all u may be swayed. which is exactly why you consult with ur other sheissters (new word) and come up with something. or how abou this? if in doubt, DONT. and how about... as bad a problem someone may be, good chance there is no real URGENCY to act, if you dont haev time, leave it alone, either cool off or let someone who can really take the time to think about it, take care of it.
i siad it once before and ill say it again, iv seen no problem with u arioch. cant really vouch for anyone outside of general forum though ;) (anyway, this is where the most shit goes down)
