I know how you feel...I was recently questioned about "personally moderating" as well...Which is RIDICULOUS at best...Just because I may want a person to die, that doesn't mean that I would ban them...I have NEVER given in to my personal feelings when it comes to moderating, it isn't right, it shouldn't be done, and being questioned about your actions seriously sucks some MAJOR ass...You would think that people would know you better...However, as I said...It's what YOU know to be right, that matters...You know that you're doing what you should be doing, and if it DOES matter to you what others think about it...Well, I know that what you're doing is right, as well...And apparenty so does 99.9% of this forum...So, just shake it off, and keep doing your job, the way that you have been

To all Moderators of this forum....If you have a problem and/or question about the decisions that are made here...Please discuss it with the person or persons involved...PMs are fine, Messengers work as well...This helps to alleviate the creation of dissention...I have never made a 'sensitive' decision, without consulting at least one other moderator first...This is how we work TOGETHER...It also helps, just in case you DO happen to make a 'bad call', to have someone else to take the blame as well;) :p
