Simple way to put it would be : It's like a bloody, fucked up graphically awesome gib filled version of serious sam.
Don't expect too much, it's pretty much just action...but as far as action goes, its damn good. Not quite as many enemies as SS, but way beter looking levels and enemies. It's fun to just hammer away at it, killing killing killing....
Oh yeah, and you gotta love the stake gun.
There should be playable demos to download...
