You know how there's the old punishment for when you catch a kid smoking? You make him smoke a whole pack at once and he'll never go near them again...
Well, let's try to apply that here... Make him look at a bunch of porno until he gets sick of it. If he doesn't seem to be getting sick of it, move on to slightly more disgusting stuff. (Old lady porn, barnyard fun, pregnant porn, etc...) If that still isn't doing the trick, make him watch gay porn or STD informative videos.
That is the guranteed way to solve this problem.
