while on the subject, a good test to the cleanliness of a restaurant is the bathroom
if they cant keep their bathroom clean, what does that say about the kitchen?
a top notch chinese restaurant here (given 5 star by the Zagat survey.... wow:rolleyes: ) has the dirtiest fuckin bathrooms ive ever seen. considering this place serves swallows nest and sharks fin, some of the most expensive food in the world
and i kid you not. its not got 1, but 2 sets of STEEL double doors leading to the kitchen. u seriously cant see SHIT
soooo many times though have i seen dead fish floating in their aquariums (u know, pick the fish u want and theyhll cook it for u there)...
