not sayin you got it from there but: this is strait out of an Elric book. This is how they torture intruders to get information. They have a doctor named Dr.Jest, who hangs the victims upside down then he takes a small scapel and uses it like a paintbrush, making art through torture. He cuts in the places most sensitive and that wouldnt be vital. Sorry just reminded me of that. If you havent read the Elric Saga i think you would enjoy it. Just take what you posted there and combine that with The Lord Of The Rings. Thats elric.
Ohyeah, they are making a movie about it now too. But it wont be out for a while.
