we may pay high taxes, but this is a great place to live, show up at a hospital with a bullet wound and noby will ask for insurance before they operate, you wont pay a single dime, edjucation is free, all you pay for are the books, all in all its pretty safe...not my neighburhood though... the women are beautifull and the guys are ugly, (im an exeption to that one to) we got big citys, small cosey towns and beautifull scenery...but sky high prices foor alchohol and cigarettes... so all in all this is a pretty great place to live, wouldnt live any other place.
