Samara. In the Exorcist, they never said that being posessed made you immortal (Karas died while posessed, don't forget). If Reagen watches the tape, then she's got seven days unless she copies the tape and shows it to someone (which wasn't so easy back then), so even if she were posessed, the body still dies. Thus, Samara would win.
