Sam the Egg--who always thinks he knows more about film than anyone else. Want to go movie trivia with me? I guarantee I know more about movies than you---horror, Western, inde, crime, whatever. I am the consummate film geek, so don't condescend to me.
Ever hear of a movie called Cabinet of Dr Caligari? First survivng full-length horror movie? It was made by some very angry, young Germans in protest against the military, men in suits, and especially war. It sort of set the standards for the whole genre.
