I say nlo, because if i REALLY wanted them dead, i would challenge them to some counterstrike or unreal tournament, hand their ass to them, then feel better and superior that i could whip them in a video game.
I think this would cause them to kill themselves.
A better power: The power to have someone that is the polar opposite of their sexual preference hound them for sexual favors until they lose it and kill themselves. :)
