cos I have to do certain things in certain orders around the house, just before I go out, otherwise, when I leave the house driving down the road, my minds on what I should've done back home for ages.

Attention Deficit Disorder- fancy way of saying I have the attention span of a mosquito.
There are different levels of OCD. For me, it's counting stairs as I go up/down them. I have to make the flight of stairs in 6 steps, or multiples of 6. I tap my feet and hands on the ground/desk/chest/whatever convenient location there is. Also, if I touch something with just one of my fingers, I have to touch it an equal amount of times with the rest of them.
