Amorphous monsters
Okay, so there are some classic monsters out there that were amorphous (for the ones that arent sure, these are amoeba-like monsters, or ones with no real shape).
I dont think, at least inmy experience, that there have been all that many movies dealing with these things that realised their full potential. here is a list of movies i think qualify:
The blob (both of them)
Phantoms
The Thing (More protean than amorphous, but i still think it applies)
The Stuff
i cant think of any more right now (i welcome additions), but theyjust always seem to barely touch what a creature like this could do.
Phantoms the book was excellent, Dean koontz explored the subject wonderfully. The movie... well, lets just say that if i have seen a worse movie, I cant think of it.
