Post count should never be an issue and to treat new members like crap when they join a board is totally wrong.

I have been guilty of flaming noobs on a regular basis, and I agree it probably does run off a few good members, and if I offended you in any way at all I apologize, nothing personal was meant by it....It had become quite a ritual with noobs though for quite a few members, as we do tend to get a lot of jackasses that join this board....
So as a result I will personaly no longer flame noobs, and will only flame when called for...
