I think it comes down to whether you can accept CGI or not. My sister doesn't like science fiction movies cos she doesn't believe in the stories, but the whole point is that you've got to relax and let your mind go with it.
Jurassic park cg i rate v good. Resident evil - the licker? what was that! sorry but I expected better. I agree on cobra and Hulk too.
Hey, don't forget, there were revolutionary new programs created for lotr, for creating those massive battles and cool landscapes. take the two towers, where only about 30 of the Uruk-hai are real. well done WETA effects.
