Oh, hell I've seen this. Big black zombie goes around killing women with his mutant member. Kinda entertaining, mix of hardcore sex and cheesey zombie makeup. Typical Joe D'Amato nonesense, but not too bad if you're not too discriminating. Dunno what's going on 'cause I've only seen this in Italian.
