Body "part"? Well theres body "organs" and body "parts". An organ is something inside the body, a part is like a arm or leg. I don't think this is a "part" but I have to say breast. Something to look at when you're talking to a woman. Lol. No, seriously, I'll have to say the right leg. Because without arms you can't do much, but you can still live a semi-normal life. Without a head, well you're dead. So if I didn't have a head I wouldn't care because I'll be dead. But if my left foot was to be amputated I could get a artifical leg and it would be easyer with out my left leg then my right because my right leg is my kicking leg. My strong leg, if you will.
