The Alphabet Killer was a pretty run of the mill serial killer flick. Eliza Dushku stars a cop that goes crazy, investigating the case of The Alphabet Killer (Apparently based on a real life case). The plot follows a lot of the beats of the genre: the obsessive cop going off the rails, you're off the case!, third act plot twist, fighting with the colleague and then turning him around,... Would make for a good double feature with Kiss The Girls.

I generally like these. Like Kiss The Girls, Se7en, Along Came the Spider. Seems like as long as they stay realistic, without being tedious about it.
