Starting my x-mas baking today ( sugar cookies and a gaudy Christmas cake for the kids) and the countdown is on! Last minute shopping, watching the kids who are now on holiday and getting the house ready for Santa. The turkey is out of the freezer and in the fridge thawing and I am signing off for the holidays.
