Hmmmm. That is such a hard choice....
Homer IS an idiot.... He is extremely thoughtless, but Peter is downright horrible.
He paid his daughter off to take the fall for killing the cable satellite. He tried boning his wife infront of his one-year-old. He made his son lie and say he was dying to get a show put back on the air, then said he could heal with the power of god to avoid liability for lying, then brought about the seven plagues.
The worst homer ever did was set the house on fire because he fell asleep. Oh, wait. he did destroy the world in one halloween episode..... tough one....
