You must be joking as I got to the second or so season and don't recall anything like that in True Blood. I do recall a bunch of news stories about a similar scene with people of the other persuasion in that American Gods show. I don't watch that though.
I just checked IMDB. First season, episode 3. No such scene according to the advisory.
