oh yea.. if you sleep normally hours... you dream... theta waves i believe, are the waves you see during REM sleep.. i THINK.. i can't remember.. i don't have my psych books with me at the moment :)
everyone enters this stage... however, the more you grow old, the less time you spend in this stage.. a baby spends a large majority of its time sleeping, and a large majority of THAT time dreaming
it's a shame we don't always remember though
