That sounds like the majority of my dreams as well. I have learned to control my dreams/nightmares to do crazy things like peeing out fire (never done that one exactly...). I can do things like fly at will, kill monsters by the mere thought, become a human torch, etc. A very recurring them in my dreams are monsters, specifically zombies. I had nightmares SO MUCH when growing up that my mind responded by teaching me how to control these situations.
