Oh well, congrats to 1967...
Tough one... I'd have voted for 1992, Lawnmower Man and Twin Peaks are standouts, some nice stuff from Stoker's Dracula and Army of Darkness. For 1967, Quartermass is a standout, but not too impressed with anything else. By the bye, 1927 Fall of House of Usher is a cool visually experimental avant garde 12 min silent film, it's on youtube.
