OK, now for your Versus question...
Am I getting paid to specifically do nothing? They making sit in a chair alone in a room? or am I supposed to watch TV? Or can I do whatever I want on-premises or can I leave?
How you defining difficult day? Like pissy customers? Or like losing an eye and taking a walk of shame down the city streets?
