People stress too much about a remake being the same. If they wanted to make the same movie they wouldn't put forth the effort. Regardless of weather a movie is a remake it needs to be taken in as a whole new movie. Enjoy what it does well and allow it to capture the imaginations of a whole new era of genre fans.

i agree but, also i do think they are making a lot of remakes and do believe that they should come up with original ideas too. and no i never got into Dark Tower
