The First Power (1990)
With the help from a psychic, detective Logan (LD Phillips) captures the notorious devil worshiper serial killer known as 'Petagram Killer' but even after the execution he keeps coming back through possessing different people at different time to get his revenge on Logan as well as continue his work...to gain the First Power (resurrection) from Satan!
A pretty fun & entertaining action-horror flick, though kinda silly at times but still enjoyed a lot!
