Not sure what you mean by value...I mean it's not a write off, the engine is still going and all...just been picked up by the towing company to go to the insurers assessment and repair mechanics.
I just want it fixed and in the condition it was, not the value.

It's a late 2008 model so it's still relatively "new", full comprehensive insurance.
I have been told I have to pay my excess until the offenders details are given (which the police have as they are in custody) at which point it's given back to me.

Premiums won't go up, and no claim bonus/reduction will still be in play next year.

This just disappoints me though...like, I took care of the thing. Not fastidiously so, but enough so that it wasn't banged up, didnt need any repairs. Maintained as advised and only the "good" fuel used...now, it's at least temporarily, fucked.

I love this car. I am dissapoint.
